30-Day “Try It Out” Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Our return philosophy is simple: be fair. We encourage you to test the equipment to see if it fits your needs. Here’s how we handle returns:
Conditions for a Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if the returned product meets these conditions:
- Shows no visible signs of use, wear, or cosmetic damage.
- Is returned in its complete original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any bundled items.
- For returns not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Partial Refunds for Used or Incomplete Returns
We understand that testing can sometimes leave marks. If a product is returned with minor signs of use or is incomplete, we will process a partial refund based on the following:
- Cosmetic Damage: Minor scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic blemishes may require a refurbishment fee. This is calculated from the cost to restore the item to a like-new condition.
- Missing Items: The retail value of any missing accessories, parts, or manuals will be deducted from the refund.
We will transparently communicate any potential deductions with you before processing the final refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us First. Before sending anything back, email service@zeapon.com to start the process. Unauthorized returns may experience significant delays or be rejected.
- Provide Your Details. Include your order number (for example, #ZP1001) and a brief reason for the return. For defective items, clear photos or a short video are incredibly helpful.
- Follow Return Instructions. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for our inspection facility.
- Ship the Product Back. Package the item securely. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping service, as ZEAPON cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received at our facility, our technical team will inspect the item or items.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the inspection and processing of your refund.
We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued to your original method of payment. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
ZEAPON Warranty Policy
ZEAPON provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Periods
- 2-Year Limited Warranty: All non-electronic products, such as manual sliders and support arms.
- 1-Year Limited Warranty: All electronic products, such as PONS Series, motorized sliders, and batteries.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid contact, or other external causes.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Lost or stolen products.
