1. In-stock products are generally prepared within 48 hours, excluding pre-order items and public holidays.
2. Free standard shipping thresholds vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
3. Estimated standard delivery is 10-14 business days. Express delivery is typically 2-4 business days where offered.
4. Delivery time can vary by warehouse, destination, customs procedures, and carrier conditions.

Tracking and Import Charges

Tracking details are provided when available. Customers are responsible for any destination-country duties, taxes, or import charges not shown at checkout, unless local law requires otherwise.
